Once we agree on scope and price, you send the models (assembled) along with any reference images. I handle all priming please do not prime your models before sending. I'll keep you updated with WIP photos throughout, and ship them back once complete and varnished. A 50% deposit is required to begin work.
Yes, assembled is great. But please don't prime them I do that myself so I can control the base. Do clean up any mould lines before you send them though, it makes a real difference to the final result.
Generally 4–6 weeks depending on the size of the project and where you land in the queue. I'll always give you a realistic estimate upfront. Rush slots sometimes available just ask.

Foam-lined box, tracked and insured your minis are safe. I photograph everything before it ships too. Shipping costs are on you both ways, so please send them tracked when you ship to me. I can't be responsible for anything lost in transit on the way here.
